FUMEO SUPER8 PROJECTORS: 3 INTERESTING FACTS

In this publication of my blog, we can see several Fumeo adverts and news, published in the British "Movie Maker" magazine in 1978.We can see a Fumeo 9139, with a Marc 300 lamp, installed in the English Cinemateque booth, in the presence of Tony Rose, director of the magazine, and John King, head of Fumeo in Great Britain, the main market for the company after Italy.

Three interesting points to note:

1) 9119 model was sold with an EJL lamp, not an ESC one;

2) 9119 was half price new than the same machine second hand today, almost 50 years later;

3) Both 9119 and 9139 were manufactured still without micrometrical focussing.
