Against all odds, the experiment went well!!! Just 12 meters of ultra-expired Kodak EXR50 film (it was manufactured until the end of the last century), which good old Alex gave me already reloaded in a single-8 cartridge, part of a batch that he, in turn, received as a gift from Ukraine!
Cut and re-perforated with a self-built machine by Viktor Supereight. So many things could have gone wrong: a film that had been expired for more than a quarter of a century could have lost its properties, light could have entered during re-perforation, cutting or reloading, the anti-halo coating (remjet) could not have been removed, after more than 25 years (Alex used his secret formula, with blessed water from the Virgin of Pastoriza, special for exorcisms).
